Garden Grove: City Council Voted to Increase Emergency Services Fees

This week the Garden Grove City Council unanimously voted to increase the Non-Residents First Responder and the Advanced Life Support (ALS) fees from $350 to $387.35. These fees were last amended on June 9, 2009.

The 11% fees increase came forward as a recommendation from the city Fire Department based on the new rate set by the County of Orange.

According to staff, Garden Grove will generate approximately $56,324 annually with the new fees schedule.
